1:1 TRAINING

Through in-person training, clients experience a personalized and accountable training approach. This option provides comprehensive sessions with tailored workouts conducted in various settings such as multiple facility locations, your living space or outdoors. Each workout is meticulously designed based on your fitness levels and goals, accompanied by continuous communication and support throughout each exercise. Each session is assured to provide comprehensive instruction on correct form and function, equipping you with the knowledge and skill for a lifetime of effective exercise. This collaborative approach ensures focused goal attainment for optimal results, tracked through progress photos, nutrition trackers, and gym performance utilizing the progressive overload formula. Sessions are scheduled for 45-60 minutes, offering dedicated support throughout your fitness journey, including 24/7 access to me as your trainer and nutritional guidance.

ONLINE TRAINING

Online training caters to individuals who are comfortable in the gym independently, seeking accountability, form checks, and personalized programming for goal achievement. Progress is meticulously monitored through photos, measurements, weekly check-ins (including macro adjustments, program changes, and personalized videos from me) and tracked progressive overload. You'll receive up to seven weekly workouts through my app, along with nutritional guidance, calculated macros, complete access to me as your trainer, and more- mirroring the support offered to my in-person clients. Each workout, encompassing warm-up and cool-down, spans 45 minutes to 1 hour, accommodating those with little to no equipment or those with an at-home gym or gym membership.

GROUP TRAINING

Designed for students seeking an affordable and effective fitness solution, this option extends to group training circuits accommodating up to five individuals. Pricing is contingent on the group size, and the package includes four weekly sessions available every Monday to Thursday. Session times are determined at the beginning of each week, accompanied by nutrition assistance and tailored workouts provided for the entire group.

IN- HOME TRAINING:

In-home training offers an ideal solution for individuals with time constraints or a preference for exercising within the comforts of their residence. It's a versatile option suitable for people of all ages, bringing personalized workouts and nutrition expertise directly to your doorstep. With this service, I bring all the necessary equipment to ensure a tailored and efficient workout aligned with your specific fitness goals. Similarly to online and in person training, you will have 24/7 access to me as your trainer, with personalized programming and nutrition solutions.
